A turbocharged shockwave
The 1st Shromet, the Shromet Dragon MK1, was more of a Tech Demonstration than a car intended for the mass market, each car was mostly built to order, with an aluminum body, and independent rear suspension. The car came as a shock to many in the industry with its turbocharged and electronic fuel controlled V8, with 300 horsepower, 20MPG and low emissions. The car was a shock to many of the legacy corporations, who had been struggling to get their large V8s to maintain power while meeting emissions regulations.
